The Journey -
Empowering Young People to Navigate Life with Confidence
K
Know Yourself. Make Choices. Build Your Future.
The Journey is a community-based life-skills program developed by Safer Family Solutions for young people aged 12–19 years. The Journey Passport
Every participant receives a Journey Passport, a personal reflection resource that helps them identify their strengths, set goals, reflect on their experiences and recognize their growth throughout the program.
The Passport encourages young people to take ownership of their personal development and continue practicing their skills beyond the sessions.
Supporting Families and Strengthening Communities
At Safer Family Solutions, we recognise that parenting teenagers can be both rewarding and challenging. The Journey complements the important role of parents and caregivers by providing young people with opportunities to learn, connect with peers and develop essential life skills.
The Journey is currently offered free of charge to participating families, as part of our commitment to accessible community education and early prevention.
