Supervision pricing

Intake Fee

• $350 (Information gathering session of both parents inclusive and a one-off fee)

Weekday session

• $110 per hour

• 3-hour contact visit - $320 per visit. Additional hours are $ 110 per hour.

• Please note: If the contact concludes after 8pm. The cost of the 3-hour visit will be $410.

Weekend session

• Saturday $130 per hour

• Sunday    $140 per hour

• Weekend 3-hour contact - Saturday is $370 per visit, and Sunday is $410 per visit. Additional hours are Saturday $130 and Sunday $140 per hour.

Court Report

• $400 Two weeks' notice is required for a report to be prepared. To protect the children involved in the case, the report will not be released while visits are occurring. (Court reports contain up to four supervised sessions. Any additional supervised sessions will be charged at $80 per report.) 

Affidavit

• $130.00

Court Evidence

• $105.00 per hour, including by telephone; please be advised that a minimum of two hours is to be paid regardless of the time given due to preparation. 

Travel

• Travel exceeding 20 kilometres to the supervision venue will be charged $2 per kilometre thereafter. (The Service will aim to provide a worker as close as possible to the requested destination.) 

• The cost of transporting children will include the cost of travelled kilometres at $2 per kilometre and the time the child is in the care of the transporting worker. This is proportional to the above hourly rates. 

Zoom Contact Supervision session

• $140 per session on a weekday

• $180 per session on a Weekend

Public Holiday Session

• 3 hour visit - $570 per visit

• Additional hours are $170 per hour

Supboena

• $350 for preparation of subpoenaed files. 

Home Safety Assessments

• $250 

In-home Overnight Supervision

• 1300 overnight shifts are from 6 pm to 9 am (please note, the service may provide two workers where necessary).

Notification of cancellation

• Notification of cancellation by a parent/carer of supervised time spent/access 24 hours or less will incur a late cancellation fee of three hours if no medical certificate is provided advising the child is unwell.

• If no doctor’s certificate is provided, a three-hour cancellation fee will be charged to the residential parent.
